The Armenian side has appealed to both the Russian
peacekeepers and the Azerbaijani side to be allowed to deliver humanitarian aid
to Artsakh. Head of the Working Group on the Humanitarian Crisis in Artsakh
Vardan Sargsyan said this during his meeting with journalists.
“This process requires a proper understanding, patience
and a certain course of action. We have not received any response and are still
waiting,” he said.
To remind, convoys carrying 360 tons of humanitarian aid for
Artsakh have been stuck in Kornidzor village of the Syunik province since
yesterday. Azerbaijan does not allow the delivery of aid to Artsakh.
