French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Anne Boillon made a Twitter
post, quoting from High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and
Security Policy Josep Borrell’s statement of July 26.
“It is incumbent on the Azerbaijani authorities to guarantee
safety and freedom of movement along the Lachin corridor imminently and not to
permit the crisis to escalate further”, the ambassador tweeted.
To remind, Borrell also noted that Akna (Aghdam) road should
not be seen as an alternative to the reopening of the Lachin corridor.
