If the Republic of Armenia does not issue a denial, we can state that the “benchmark” of the dialogue between Baku and Stepanakert has been lowered

The authorities of the Republic of Armenia announced and
continue to announce that a dialogue within international standards between
Baku and Stepanakert is necessary. Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan
wrote this.

The people of Artsakh also realize that this dialogue is
necessary, so that we can talk, discuss, present and stand up for our rights,
including our right to self-determination, as well as facilitate peace in the
region.

“However, we can infer from the statement of the
Russian foreign minister made yesterday that either the Republic of Armenia
already decided what topics the dialogue will cover or agreed on the subject of
discussions put forward by Azerbaijan.

Thus, if the Republic of Armenia does not issue a denial, we
can state that the “benchmark” of the dialogue between Baku and
Stepanakert has been greatly lowered as well. This is very important in that
the Armenian nation, including the Armenians of Artsakh, need to decide their
further steps,” he wrote.

The State Minister also denounced the Russian approach of
constantly making up excuses and not producing a practical solution to the
current deplorable situation.
