Urgent intervention is imperative: Artsakh Ombudsman to international organizations

Urgent international intervention is imperative to stop the
humanitarian catastrophe in Nagorno-Karabakh created by Azerbaijan. Human
Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan made a
Twitter post on this.

The Ombudsman tagged in his post the U.S. Department of
State, Freedom House, international organizations focused on human rights, such
as Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International,  U.N. High Commissioner
for Human Rights Volker Türk, Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights
Dunja Mijatović, the European Parliament’s Subcommittee on Human Rights, the
U.N., the Council of Europe, the International Court of Justice, the European
Court of Human Rights.
