Putin appoints special envoy for border delimitation with CIS countries

Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Nikolay Udovichenko as the presidential special representative for border delimitation and demarcation with neighboring CIS member states, RIA Novosti reports.

Udovichenko will also be responsible for border delimitation and demarcation with Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
