Antelias doesn’t need directives from Yerevan, says Aram I

Since Armenia’s re-independence, the views and positions of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia on the challenges and polarizations facing Armenia — both internal and external — have always been clear and consistent, Aram I stated.

“Therefore, Antelias does not need directives coming from Yerevan. Antelias itself decides what to say and do, always guided by the supreme interests, values, and ideals of our people and homeland,” the statement from Aram I was published on the Catholicosate of Cilicia’s Facebook page.
