Putin and Aliyev hold phone call

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev held a phone conversation today to discuss a number of urgent issues, according to a statement released by the Kremlin.

They reaffirmed their commitment to continuing the development of trade and economic ties and to implementing joint projects in the energy, transport, and logistics sectors.
