Expansion of the CSTO mission in Armenia would significantly
facilitate stability along the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Russian
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said this at her briefing.
“The ball is in the court of the Armenian side,” she said.
Zakharova said that they regularly refer to the current
situation in Artsakh and present Russia’s efforts to fulfill tripartite
agreements.
