Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic
of Artsakh reports that public transport services are suspended in Stepanakert
because of fuel shortage. This does not apply only to two transport routes
running to suburban areas.
“These days, a number of citizens, including minors, use
bicycles, mopeds or scooters as alternative means of transport. The traffic
police urge parents to be overly careful and let children use the alternative
means of transport only in designated areas. Thus, they will not risk their own
lives and will avoid accidents,” reads the report.
