US to no longer be ‘politically correct’ in defending the country, says Trump
The United States will no longer be “politically correct” when it comes to defending the country and is determined to win wars, Donald Trump said in Japan, the BBC reports.
“Unlike previous administrations, we will no longer be politically correct. When it comes to the defense of the United States, we will no longer be politically correct. We will defend our country by all necessary means. From this day forward, we will win wars in a way no one has ever won,” he said during a meeting with sailors aboard the USS George Washington near Tokyo.
Trump said the U.S. armed forces are the most powerful in history and will become even stronger in the near future. He also announced that the first shipment of U.S. missiles intended for Japanese F-35 fighters will be delivered this week.
