Azerbaijan drove the enemy from its lands and is now building a wonderful life, says Aliyev

Today, Oct․ 28, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev participated in the foundation ceremony of a mosque in Jrakan.

According to Azerbaijani media, during the ceremony Aliyev spoke about what he called “historical justice.”

“Our people both believed in justice and ensured it. We are the owners of these lands. We drove the enemy out of our territories, and today we are building a wonderful life,” Aliyev said.

Local sources report that the new mosque complex being constructed in Jrakan will cover an area of 1,530 square meters.
