NATO to provide $15B to Ukraine
As part of the Ukraine priority needs program, NATO is expected to provide Ukraine with $15 billion, U.S. Permanent Representative to the Alliance Matthew Whitaker said.
According to Germany’s Deutsche Welle, Ukraine determines its own priority needs, while other member states of the alliance assist in meeting them.
About a month ago, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the funding from various sources would be directed toward acquiring Patriot air defense systems and other military equipment.
