Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan says ‘Zangezur Corridor’s’ opening will establish East–West route through Turkey

The principle of “One nation, two states” has long gone beyond being a simple slogan and has become a form of geopolitical unity, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Birol Akgün stated.

“The region we are in will become one of the most significant in the changing world order, as the Middle Corridor passes through it. With the opening of the ‘Zangezur Corridor,’ an East–West route through Turkey will be established. In the next ten years, we will witness the progress of these processes,” Akgün said.
