NATO delegation congratulates Aliyev on peace advances with Armenia

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev with a delegation from NATO.

The guests congratulated Aliyev on the achievements made in advancing the peace agenda between Armenia and Azerbaijan, as established during the Washington talks.

Aliyev, in turn, emphasized the special role of U.S. President Donald Trump in this process, noting that the agreements open broad opportunities for regional development.

He also highlighted that Azerbaijan and NATO’s agenda includes cooperation on regional development, energy security, and other areas.
