Trump Route underway, passing through some of the world’s most important economic hubs, says Trump

U.S. President Donald Trump mentioned the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) during his speech at the C5+1 meeting at the White House.

“Three months ago, my administration achieved a historic peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan — one of the eight conflicts we resolved. As I said at the time, this historic agreement includes the construction of the Trump Route. It’s truly a remarkable project. It’s named after me, and I greatly appreciate that. This is a major event — the Trump Route for International Peace,” Trump said.

According to tհe U.S. president, the route is being built to pass through some of the world’s most important locations, including key economic hubs, which will boost trade activity across the Caspian region and benefit the countries of Central Asia.

“I am optimistic and believe that every country present here today will benefit from peace if it takes advantage of the opportunities opened by this agreement,” Trump stated.

As previously reported, the U.S. president invited the leaders of the five Central Asian countries — Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan — to the White House. Washington aims to strengthen its position in a region where Russia has held a dominant role for decades.

The C5+1 format, established in 2015, brings together the United States and the five Central Asian countries to develop cooperation in economy, energy, and security.
