Armenia’s occupation plan gaining momentum in Azerbaijan, says Tatoyan
Armenia’s former Human Rights Defender and head of the political initiative Wings of Unity, Arman Tatoyan, wrote on his Facebook page that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the ruling Civil Contract Party operate like a broken clock — right twice a day.
“In my opinion, since Aug. 8, they haven’t turned the calendar to avoid facing their failures. I have facts for the Civil Contract: Armenia’s occupation plan is gaining momentum again in Azerbaijan. It has been officially announced that the 2026 budget will increase funding, prioritizing NGOs that organize conferences and events abroad on the topic of ‘Western Azerbaijan,’ and foreign organizations will also be involved,” Tatoyan stated.
