Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan took part in the
special event organized at the French Embassy in Armenia on the occasion of the
French National Day and made a speech there.
“We highly appreciate the significant role that our friend
President Emmanuel Macron plays in the process of normalization of relations
between Armenia and Azerbaijan and in addressing the issues regarding the
rights and security of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh. I regret to say that despite
our efforts to establish lasting stability and peace in the region, the current
situation is critical,” Mher Grigoryan noted.
Referring to the diplomatic relations between Armenia and
France, the Armenian deputy prime minister stated that the two countries
managed to enter into a serious political dialogue and reached effective
cooperation in every sphere.
