Russia ready to discuss any concerns with Armenia, says Zakharova

Russia is ready to discuss any bilateral issues that may be causing concern in Armenia, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.

“We can discuss all questions or concerns both at the ministerial level and at the parliamentary level,” Zakharova stated.

She added that statements about a “hybrid war” with Armenia are being made at a time when supporters of deepening relations with Russia are being persecuted.

“The concept of a ‘hybrid war’ was developed and is applied in the West. A clear example is the recent anti-government protests in Georgia,” Zakharova stated.
