Water problem in Artsakh reaching catastrophic proportions

Now lasting more than half a year, the complete blockade has
plunged  the people of Artsakh into a
humanitarian crisis, currently reaching extreme levels.

The complete blockade not only impedes the import of food
supplies and essential goods, but also the transfer of critically ill patients
to the medical centers in Armenia. Now Artsakh is faced with another concern,
which can lead to a real disaster in terms of human lives, as well as energy
and environment.

We are talking about the water problem.
