Ukraine to receive up to $5B in weapons under PURL program by year-end, says NATO chief

Ukraine’s armed forces are set to receive up to $5 billion in weapons by the end of 2025 under the Priority Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) initiative of NATO and the United States, El Pais, citing NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte.

“Ukraine receives roughly $1 billion in weapons each month. By the end of this year, we will reach approximately $5 billion,” Rutte stated.
