Azerbaijan opened fire from different caliber firearms in the direction of citizens, carrying out well repair work in Martuni region of Artsakh, Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reports.
“At 01:50 p.m. on July 6, Martuni regional police department received a report that fire from different caliber firearms was opened from Azerbaijani military positions in the direction of plumbers B.I. and R.A. and electrician A.F. The latter were carrying out artesian well repair work in the administrative area of Berdashen village,” reads the report.
Repair work has been halted on account of the violation of the ceasefire regime.
The report was presented to the Russian peacekeeping troops.
