Russian missile attack on Lviv, Ukraine, leaves killed and wounded
A Russian missile strike damaged a residential building in Lviv, leaving four citizens killed and nine wounded, Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko said.
The minister reported that two floors of the apartment building were destroyed.
“Search and rescue operations are ongoing. The rescuers pulled out seven people from under the rubble and evacuated 64 people,” the Minister of Internal Affairs stressed.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy also responded to the incident, promising to “give a noticeable response” to Russia.
