Fidan to speak at NATO meeting on need to end conflict in Ukraine
Turkey’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will attend the NATO ministerial meeting and the NATO-Ukraine Council session in Brussels on Dec. 3, Turkish Foreign Ministry sources told TASS.
“Minister Fidan plans to speak about the need to end the war between Russia and Ukraine and to create conditions for a just and lasting peace, as well as to share his views on recent developments in the conflict. He will emphasize Turkey’s readiness to contribute to the peace process in any way possible,” one of the sources said.
As noted, Turkey will also reaffirm its support for Ukraine’s independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
