US ambassador: I saw first hand the tense situation along the border during my visit to Syunik province

I heard about pervasive security concerns from local officials, civil society, and residents during my visit to Syunik province. U.S. Ambassador to Armenia Kristina Kvien wrote this on her Twitter page.

“I also saw first hand the tense situation along the border. Everyone deserves the safety and security a just and durable peace would bring,” she wrote.
