Peskov: Kremlin takes note of Pashinyan’s statement that Armenia isn’t Russia’s ally with regard to Ukrainian conflict

The Kremlin takes note of the Armenian position on the Ukrainian conflict. It bears certain nuances. Spokesperson for the Russian president Dmitry Peskov said this.

“We take note of it. We know that the Armenian position on the Ukrainian conflict bears certain nuances. However, we continue to develop our allied relations with Armenia,” said Peskov.

To remind, in answer to CNN Prima News’s question regarding Armenia’s position on the Ukrainian war and the Russian aggression on Ukraine, taking into account that on the one hand Armenia is Russia’s ally, on the other hand the world is witnessing very undesirable actions by the Russian Federation in Ukraine, Pashinyan said, “You said that we are Russia’s ally. Of course, this was never said out loud, but I think it is visible. We are not Russia’s ally in the war with Ukraine. And our feeling from that war, from that conflict, is anxiety because it directly affects all our relationships,” said Pashinyan.
