Erdogan expresses satisfaction with progress in Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev held a phone conversation, Ermenihaber reports.

“Erdogan congratulated Aliyev on his birthday. During the conversation, Erdogan noted that Turkey and Azerbaijan continue to cooperate in all areas, including trade. The Turkish president also touched upon the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Erdogan specifically expressed satisfaction with the progress in the Armenia-Azerbaijan peace process and emphasized Turkey’s support for this process,” the news outlet reports.
