Education minister says no school has received fewer textbooks
No school has received fewer textbooks than required, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan said at a press conference on Tuesday, responding to a question from ABC Media about why some schools still report textbook shortages.
“Please be specific. All textbooks selected through the tender process were printed and distributed to schools by Sept․ 1 in the quantities requested by the schools themselves,” the minister said, adding that reports about shortages are misinformation.
