The anti-corruption court, presided over by Judge Aram Grigoryan, extended the detention period of the former commander of the Armenian army’s Third Corps, General Grigory Khachaturov, for another three months.
According to Khachaturov’s lawyer, the court decision has not been made available to them yet, and they will make more specific statements after receiving it.
To remind, on February 21, public criminal prosecution was initiated against Grigory Khachaturov for legalizing a particularly large immovable property obtained by criminal means using an official position (money laundering).
