On May 17, at around 4:15 p.m., the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire on the Armenian position in Sotk. A serviceman of the Armenian Armed Forces was wounded as a result. Afterward, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire on the ambulance carrying the wounded soldier.
As a result of the enemy’s fire opened on the ambulance, the paramedic was wounded as well. The Ministry of Defense will give future updates on the condition of the injured soldier and paramedic.
