Canada expects Azerbaijan to release other Armenian prisoners

Canada welcomes Azerbaijan’s release of four Armenian prisoners as a positive step toward a just and durable peace in the South Caucasus, Canada’s Foreign Policy—Global Affairs Canada writes.

“We look forward to continued confidence-building measures, including additional prisoner releases, as Azerbaijan and Armenia advance towards mutual peace and prosperity,” reads the statement.
