‘It’s not a time for new colonialism’, Macron says

Speaking at the World Economic Forum in Davos, French President Emmanuel Macron said that “it’s not a time for new colonialism,” The Guardian writes.

“Let’s not open Pandora box or new topics. And it’s not a time for new imperialism or new colonialism. This is a time of cooperation,” the French president said.
