‘Time is running out’: Trump warns Iran

Time is running out, and a massive armada is heading toward Iran, US President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social.

According to Trump, the armada “is moving quickly, with great power, enthusiasm, and purpose. It is a larger fleet, headed by the great Aircraft Carrier Abraham Lincoln, than that sent to Venezuela. Like with Venezuela, it is ready, willing, and able to rapidly fulfill its mission, with speed and violence, if necessary.”

The US president warned that the “next attack” would be “far worse” and urged Tehran to prevent it. He also expressed hope that Iran would quickly return to the negotiating table.

Earlier, Trump said the United States had sent a large armada to the region and stated that Tehran genuinely wants to reach a deal.

“They want to make a deal. I know that,” Trump said.
