Iran announces completion of planning for talks with US

Iran’s Foreign Ministry has announced that the planning phase for upcoming talks with the United States has been completed, while consultations regarding the venue are under way, IRNA reports, citing Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Esmail Baghaei.

“The planning of the talks has been completed. Consultations are now underway to finalize the venue, which will be announced soon,” Baghaei said.

The spokesperson expressed gratitude to all friendly countries that have worked responsibly and in good faith to help create conditions for the diplomatic process.

“Both Turkey and Oman, as well as several other countries in the region, have expressed their willingness to host the talks, which is of great significance to us,” Baghaei added.
