Artsakh former officials kept in Baku given parcels from families
The delegates of the International Committee of the Red
Cross (ICRC) have given the former officials of Artsakh, now kept in Baku,
parcels sent from their families.
Deputy Chairman of Azerbaijan’s Anti-torture Committee
Elchin Shirinov said they had visited Former President of Artsakh Arayik
Harutyunyan, Former State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, Former First Deputy
Commander of the Armed Forces Davit Manukyan and Former Commander of the Armed
Forces Levon Mnatsakanyan.
“At the request of their family members, a lawyer has been
appointed for them. The delegates of the International Committee of the Red
Cross have given the detainees the parcels sent from their families from
Armenia,” Shirinov said.
