Family denies reports of former Iranian president Ahmadinejad’s death

Relatives of former Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad have denied reports of his death, according to Khabar-e Online.

“It’s false information,” one family member told the news outlet when asked about the rumors of the former president’s death.

Ahmadinejad’s close ally also confirmed that he is alive.

Earlier, some Iranian media outlets had reported that Ahmadinejad was killed in US and Israeli strikes.
