US and Venezuela restore diplomatic relations

The United States and Venezuela have agreed to restore diplomatic and consular relations, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yván Gil said in a post on Telegram.

According to him, the governments of both countries made the decision after diplomatic negotiations.
