Switzerland says strikes on Iran violate international law
Strikes carried out by the United States and Israel against Iran violated international law, Swiss Defense Minister Martin Pfister said, The Guardian writes.
“The Federal Council considers the attack on Iran to be a violation of international law,” the official said.
He also noted that the military operation violates one of the principles of the UN Charter — the renunciation of the use of force — and called on all parties to stop the attacks in order to protect civilians.
