Man with ‘Donald Trump’ nickname fined in Russia for inciting hatred against Armenians

“At the beginning of March, the Leninsky District Court of Makhachkala examined the case against 33-year-old Tofik I., who was accused of inciting hatred,” the report states.

It was clarified that the charges fall under Russia’s Administrative Code articles on inciting hatred or enmity and degrading human dignity. The offender admitted his guilt, and the court fined him 10,000 rubles.
