Nakhijevan, one of Armenia’s major cultural hubs, was
depopulated and illegally annexed to Azerbaijan.
ABC Media is launching a new series, showing how our
compatriots from Nakhijevan now live, where they settled after emigration, what
hardships they have experienced, what memories they brought with them from
their homeland…
Our first stop is the village of Goghtanik in Vayots Dzor
Province. The village is inhabited by our compatriots displaced from Goghtn
canton of Nakhijevan.
