Shots fired at US consulate in Toronto

Unknown individuals fired several shots at the US Consulate in Toronto, while police are taking measures to determine the motive behind the attack, the BBC writes, citing Canadian authorities.

The shots were fired Tuesday morning at around 4:30 a.m. local time. Toronto Deputy Police Chief Frank Baredo said officers found shell casings at the scene.

There are no reports about any injuries.
