Azerbaijan says oil exports to Armenia purely commercial

The Azerbaijani government has stated that exports of Azerbaijani oil products to Armenia are purely commercial in nature. This is reflected in the “2025 Report on the Activities of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan”.

The report notes that exports of Azerbaijani oil products to Armenia reflect the “concept of economic dividends in the peace process.”

It also states that these exports are strictly commercial and can be seen as an important step in establishing economic and trade ties between the two countries.
