Araghchi says Iran will continue fighting until Trump realizes his mistake

Iran will continue fighting until US President Donald Trump realizes his mistake in threatening the Islamic Republic, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in an X post.

“Our powerful armed forces will continue fighting until the US president understands that the illegal war he has imposed on both Americans and Iranians is a mistake and must never be repeated. The victims must also receive compensation,” he wrote.

Earlier, in an interview with the American TV channel CBS, Araghchi said Tehran sees no valid reason to begin negotiations with Washington and has not requested such talks.
