3 protesters executed in Iran over police killings
Three participants in January protests in Iran have been executed after being accused of killing police officers, TASS writes, referring to Tasnim.
According to the publication, the individuals were found guilty of killing two law enforcement officers during anti-government demonstrations in Qom province on Jan. 7. The condemned reportedly admitted to the crimes.
They were also accused of acting “in the interests of Israel and the United States,” though Tasnim did not provide further details on what this charge entails.
