IRGC officer says not ‘much time left to rescue’ US from ‘this quagmire’
Mohsen Rezaee, a high-ranking IRGC officer and member of Iran’s influential Expediency Discernment Council, has said Iran will “paralyse” the US and “sink” its vessels in the Arabian Gulf if the country attacks Iranian infrastructure, as Trump has previously threatened to do, Al Jazeera writes.
“The final deadlines for saving America are approaching” and there is not “much time left to rescue the United States from this quagmire,” Rezaee was quoted as saying by the state-run IRNA news agency.
