Latvia and Estonia report drones entering their airspace
Latvia and Estonia have reported drones entering their airspace, according to Dozhd.
According to Delfi, Latvia’s armed forces reported that two drones entered their airspace from Russia.
As noted, no damage was caused to civilian infrastructure. Reports indicate that one of the drones exploded, while the second one “circled back and headed toward Russia.”
According to Latvian military officials, the drone could have belonged to either Russia or Ukraine, and there is no evidence that it was intentionally directed toward Latvia.
In Estonia, an unknown drone struck a power plant. The Prosecutor’s Office stated that the drone was not intentionally aimed at Estonia, and the power plant suffered no damage.
