Iran’s Navy commander killed, The Times of Israel writes

An Israeli official says the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy, Alireza Tangsiri, was killed in a strike in Bandar Abbas, The Times of Israel writes.

Tangsiri was responsible for the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, the official says.

There has been no comment yet from Iran or from the Israeli military on the strike.
