Trump says Iranian leaders ‘afraid’ to admit they’re negotiating with US
US President Donald Trump says Iran’s leaders are “afraid” to say they are negotiating with the US, the BBC writes.
Trump says if Iran’s leaders admit they are negotiating, “they’ll be killed by their own people.”
Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has stated that the United States is sending messages to Tehran through multiple intermediaries, but he noted that such exchanges do not constitute negotiations.
