Enemies planning to seize one of Iran’s islands, Ghalibaf says

Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Ghalibaf has stated that hostile countries, with the support of one regional state, are preparing to seize one of Iran’s islands.

“According to some reports, Iran’s enemies, with the backing of one of the countries in the region, are planning to capture one of Iran’s islands. All movements of the enemy are under the full control of our armed forces,” Ghalibaf wrote on X.

Ghalibaf noted that if events develop in this way, all critically important infrastructure of the unnamed regional country would become targets for Iranian strikes.
