Parking spot “red lines” annual fee goes up; Council of Elders passes bill

The bill, which has caused quite a stir, has been passed. The fee for parking spot “red lines” is going up from 2024. Some Council of Elders’ members say the matter should not be viewed from the perspective of 12,000 drams changing to 160,000 drams, but from the one that instead of 100 drams, drivers will have to pay 300 drams.
