All you need is broccoli: Former Beatles drummer releases new album and shares anti-aging secret
Paul McCartney isn’t the only Beatle releasing music this year.
Before the release of McCartney’s 18th solo album, ‘The Boys Of Dungeon Lane’, next month, Ringo Starr’s new album ‘Long Long Road’ will hit shelves on 24 April, Euronews writes.
This will be the 22nd solo album from the former Beatles drummer.
The 85-year-old will embark on a US tour from 28 May to 14 June, and has recently revealed the secret behind his energy level – a culinary trick for slowing the effects of aging.
“Well, you’ve got to eat more broccoli. All the good things about me, I blame broccoli for,” Starr stated.
He added, riffing on his trademark catchphrase: “So now I say, peace and love and broccoli.”
